Who We Serve

Medley Health serves adults 18 years and older who are seeking a more thoughtful, relationship-based approach to care, including:

• Individuals located in North Carolina, with planned expansion to additional states
• Patients interested in Direct Primary Care (DPC) for comprehensive, longitudinal primary care
• Patients seeking Healthcare Pathways™ (HPs) for focused, evidence-informed management of specific chronic conditions
• Individuals pursuing longevity-focused care centered on prevention, metabolic health, and long-term outcomes

Clinical services are provided in accordance with state licensure laws. Patients must be physically located in a state where Medley Health clinicians are licensed at the time of care. Availability of services may vary by location.

Medley Health is actively pursuing licensure in additional states. As availability expands, updated state coverage will be reflected here. Currently we are only offering services for patients in North Carolina.
